Shipping
Orders over $50 ship free. Under $50, you pay the real USPS rate, calculated at checkout by weight and distance. We do not mark shipping up and we do not use a flat rate, because a flat rate either overcharges people nearby or undercharges people far away.
Everything goes USPS Ground Advantage. Orders placed before noon Pacific usually go out the same business day; otherwise the next one. Transit is typically two to five business days depending on where you are.
We ship within the United States only, and we ship to the address you give us at checkout. Please check it.
Local pickup
Not offered through the website. Everything ordered here ships.
Returns
If a ball is not the grade we said it was, that is our problem and we will fix it — replacement or refund, your choice. Send us a photo and your order number and we will sort it out.
For any other reason, you can return unused balls within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is on you unless we made the mistake.
A few honest notes
Player marks. Most used balls carry a dot, a line or someone's initials. That is normal and it is not a defect. Like New gives you the best odds of an unmarked ball, but we will not promise one.
Mixed colour. Every product defaults to Mixed, which means white and coloured balls together. If you want only white or only coloured, choose that option — it costs the same.
Everyday and Hit-Aways. These are assorted by design. We do not guarantee specific models in them, only the condition.
